About my side project, AiFirstRemote

AIremote jobs

I started AiFirstRemote (https://www.aifirstremote.xyz/) to make AI-native hiring simple and explicit:

I wanted a place where AI tools are required or clearly valued. I'm a full-stack engineer who started with Cursor in early 2025, then Claude Code, and lately Codex. I learned fast that AI-assisted dev is a real skill. Prompting well takes reps, and that edge matters.
While job hunting this year, I kept seeing roles that value AI tools mixed with ones that don't mention them. I want that signal upfront so I don't waste time. This platform makes it explicit, gives AI-tool experts an edge, and helps companies attract the applicants they want.

All jobs on the platform also meet two requirements:

  • Salary ranges are required up front. US requires this; Europe starts in January 2026. Clear ranges save time for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Fully remote only for now. Keeps the niche focused. If demand grows, I can expand to on-site and hybrid roles.

I shipped the first MVP on Dec 23 after one month of development. It's fully responsive and built for a clean B2B/B2C UX.
I'm promoting it organically, collecting feedback, and improving the product. Posting is free during the beta. If you're hiring fully remote AI-first/native engineers or designers, email me. I can post the job for you if you send the JD, or you can post directly here:
